When Lisa does know the answer, she automatically loads the relevant web page up in your browser.
So, would this be a fun way of doing virtual reference?

Wow — I didn’t realise Lisa had been there so long!
I’m sure if we all tried hard enough, we might be able to get her to say “Does not compute! Does not compute!” and her head would explode 🙂
